MANDAPIA Affiliate / Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Approval
Any individual or business may apply to the MANDAPIA Affiliate Partner Program. Applying does not guarantee approval. MANDAPIA may review an application and may approve, reject, suspend or terminate participation based on program requirements, account activity, misuse, fraud, policy violations or applicable law.
2. Partner Tiers

Every approved partner starts at Starter. Tier upgrades are based on the number of successful referred customers and may be applied automatically by the MANDAPIA system. Repeated billing payments from an existing referred customer do not create additional referral counts.
3. Promo Codes
Approved partners may receive a unique name-based promo code, for example RAJ10. A requested code is not active until MANDAPIA approves and activates it. MANDAPIA may reject a code that is already in use, misleading, offensive, confusing, or otherwise unsuitable.
The customer discount attached to a promo code is subject to the partner's active tier and the specific first-payment offer approved by MANDAPIA.
Promo code validity: each approved promo code is valid for 15 days from its activation date. Once the 15-day validity period ends, the promo code automatically expires for new eligible uses. The partner must request a new promo code for further eligible customer upgrades, and the new code remains subject to MANDAPIA approval and activation.
4. Commission — Once Per Eligible Payment
Commission is calculated once for each eligible successful payment that is correctly attributed to an active partner. The same payment will never generate commission more than once.
If a referred customer continues with eligible subsequent payments, the partner may receive commission on those subsequent eligible payments during the applicable commission period for the partner's tier. Commission is therefore not limited to the first payment when later payments remain eligible under the applicable period.
The same customer or organization is not counted repeatedly as a new referral merely because it makes additional billing payments. Referral milestones are based on successful referred customers.
5. Customer Discount — First Payment Only
The partner promo discount is available only on the customer's first eligible paid subscription payment using a valid approved promo code. The discount is not applied again on subsequent payments or renewals for the same plan.
- The first eligible payment using the referral code may receive the approved customer discount, subject to the active partner tier and offer limits.
- A renewal or repeat payment on the same plan does not receive the partner promo discount.
- If a customer pays without using a partner referral code, that payment does not add the customer to the partner's successful referral/customer base.
- A later payment without an initial successful referral-code attribution does not retroactively create a referral customer.
- Once a customer is correctly attributed to a partner, subsequent eligible payments may generate partner commission during the applicable commission period, even though the customer does not receive the first-payment discount again.
6. Eligible Referrals and Attribution
A referral must represent a genuine new customer relationship and must be attributable to the approved partner through the MANDAPIA referral or promo-code mechanism. Existing customers, duplicate records, self-referrals and artificially created accounts do not qualify as new referrals.
7. Exclusions and Adjustments
- Self-referrals or purchases intended to generate commission without a genuine new customer relationship.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated or misleading referrals.
- Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise ineligible payments.
- Transactions that violate MANDAPIA policies, applicable law, payment-provider rules or third-party platform requirements.
MANDAPIA may reverse, withhold or adjust commission where a payment later becomes ineligible, including because of refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud, duplicate attribution or other qualifying reason.
8. Marketing Conduct
Partners must represent MANDAPIA accurately. Partners must not make false or misleading claims, promise an unapproved discount, claim features that MANDAPIA does not provide, impersonate MANDAPIA, use deceptive advertising, or send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
9. Commission Payment and Taxes
Commission payment is subject to MANDAPIA's applicable payment, verification, accounting and tax procedures. Where applicable, taxes, withholding, invoicing or supporting documentation may be required before commission is released. MANDAPIA may request reasonable information needed to process a commission payment.
10. Program Changes
MANDAPIA may change partner tiers, commission rates, thresholds, discount limits, attribution rules or other program terms prospectively. Changes may be communicated through the platform, partner account or other reasonable account communication. Unless otherwise stated, changes do not retroactively alter already-settled eligible commissions.
11. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end participation subject to applicable law and any valid payment obligations already accrued. MANDAPIA may immediately suspend or terminate a partner account where there is suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct or material policy violation.
12. No Guarantee
Participation does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, customers, sales, revenue or commission.
13. Acceptance
By submitting the affiliate application, the applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they agree to these Affiliate Partner Terms & Conditions.
